PART TIME - Desktop Support Technician (ON-SITE)
Schedule M-F (4hrs a day/5 days a week - flexible in terms of working hours - 8-12 or 1-5).
Long term role
Seeking a qualified Level 1 Support Technician to join a team onsite and provide end-user support.
Scope of Activity and Responsibilities:
· Provide Install, Move, Add, Change (IMAC), Break-Fix, and End User Support activities as required
· Stage and build systems
· Complete special projects as requested
· Follow Asset Management policy and procedure
Required Skills and Qualifications:
· Good communication skills
· Good analytic / troubleshooting skills
· Strong working knowledge of MS Windows Operating Systems
· Working knowledge of MS Office and basic business applications
· iOS and Android working knowledge
· Good customer support skills
· Basic knowledge of networks, telecom, and computing
· Walk-up and remote support service experience
