Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor – New York

Direct Hire | Fully Remote | $100,000–$115,000

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Auto Claims Supervisor to oversee a New York commercial automobile liability claims team. This is a fully remote, direct-hire opportunity, with preference for candidates located on the East Coast.

Required Experience & Qualifications

• Supervisory experience overseeing commercial auto liability claims adjusters/examiners
• Strong experience handling and/or supervising New York commercial auto claims
• Experience with bodily injury and property damage claims
• Experience with both litigated and non-litigated claims
• Knowledge of New York automobile claims regulations and requirements
• Active New York Adjuster’s License required
• Strong claims file review, reserve, compliance and claims-management experience
• Ability to coach, manage and provide technical guidance to claims professionals
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience with New York No-Fault claims requirements, Article 51 and Regulation 68
• Experience supervising claims involving governmental or public-sector accounts
• Experience with claims audits, client file reviews and regulatory compliance
• Knowledge of Arbitration Forum and/or American Arbitration Association processes
